Savory Pie

A Slice of Savory Feta Pie
Monday I needed to use up the rest of my pie crust from last week when I made Chicken Pot Pie. Having all the ingredients on hand, I decided to once again make a family favorite, Savory Feta Pie, and take a picture of a slice for Mom. I have made small pies or turnovers as the recipe suggests, but find it easier and just as delicious to make one big pie. Mom suggested I add spinach, which I may do next time. If adding chopped spinach, be sure that it's very dry or the pie may become soggy. This pie tasted wonderful and we enjoyed a big Greek Salad too.
